The Crows of Hyde Park | Ted Frisbie
The crows of Hyde Park
are made of black plastic bags
and leave no shadows.
But then how many
ways to look at a big crow?
Avoid the wrong way.
Black plastic bags or
crows perch in the leafless trees-
All three ride the wind.
Plastic bag stuck high
in oak tree, slowly shredding
itself into crows.
I've flown black crows all
winter; now it's time for my
rainbow kite to soar.
What would the snows and
crows of winter do if my
rainbow kite joined them?
